Most packages are sent via USPS. You will receive a tracking number after your purchase is completed online and we are ready to send the package. Any items over $100 are shipped with insurance, so that additional cost is added to the shipping and handling price.

BJ’s Stamps and Coins Return Policy:
We will provide a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping) on items returned within 7 days of receipt except:
- No returns on bullion related items.
- Any coin or currency removed from its original holder is considered sold.
- Sealed Mint products must remain sealed and in good condition.
- Any collections or large lots are sold "as is".
- Upon receiving the item in good condition, we will issue a prompt refund.

Items returned remain your responsibility until the package is received by us in good condition. We recommend getting insurance on the package you are sending back.
