2. Mortgage of Real Estate bought for $487.50 in 1890- Douglas County Wisconsin 
3. US Patents registered 1863 (+envelope) 
 
Some soil on the mortgage and at folds on all documents but writing is clear and in tact. Patent has a wax seal but the paper on top of the seal was ripped.
