All of our products offer a 14-day Buy-Back Guarantee, which means there is no risk involved with any purchase. You may return any item within 30 days of receipt for replacement, or for a full refund with no further obligation.

Returning items at BJ Stamps and Coins is easy. Just follow these steps to return your order:

• Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your invoice.
• Include a note telling us why you are returning the product and indicate whether you would like a replacement or a refund.

NOTE: We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

What happens next?

Based on our experience, it can take up to 10 days for the return to reach us. Once we receive it:

• If you indicated that you want a refund, we will issue a refund through PayPal. Your credit card company may take up to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.
• If you indicated that you want a replacement, we will ship your replacement item within 7 days of receipt of the return.
