Very rare postcard and some wear and soil due to age - exact age unknown but from early 1900's. Cathedral has hold-to-light windows and real ferns are adhered to the postcard where the trees are in the scene. 
 
Some glitter is decorating the card to give the look of snow. The little child is a separate piece of paper adhered to the front of the postcard. Divided back - from early 1900's
 
There was originally a plastic film covering the scene on the postcard and that has worn off in most places - sold in plastic holder for protection since this is fragile.
