Very rare recipe book from the 1893 World's Columbian Exposition. Victorian recipes in the preparation of cocoa/ chocolate confections. 31 pages of recipes like Chocolate Glace Cake & Frosting, Chocolate Charlotte, and Cream Chocolate Caramels. The book is in good condition with one hole in the cover- see photos. All interior pages in great condition and all recipes unmarked and ink is still intact.
