1836 Deed on Vellum transfer of land in the Borough of Norristown, Montgomery County, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania from "Joseph Henry & wife" of Lower Providence Township to James Hoover for $1,000
 
There were no official seals on this deed- they drew them on & initialed the space. Both Joseph Henry and Frances A. Henry signed the deed and the bottom portion acknowledges that Frances signed of her own volition 
 
Unfolded it is 16 1/2" tall X 23 3/4" wide 
 
This is in good condition. Some darkening due to age where paper has been folded & one hole (see photo) There is some pencil writing on the closed cover portion of the deed.This deed is ungraded and not certified.
