Hand chased holloware. It is a scarce pattern for Stieff and in excellent condition.

 

6.8 Troy oz of .925 Sterling Silver.  About 3 1/2 inches tall.  Stamped on the bottom with "Steiff sterling C" which tells us that the pattern is from 1938.  Stamped  "Hand Chased  27 1/2"
